About US

SAY!T is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to turning today’s teens and young adults into the most mentally resilient generation yet. We bridge the gap between skyrocketing demand for support and the limited reach of traditional services by pairing evidence‑based prevention with the two resources students trust most - their phones and their peers.

What We Do

  • Mobile platform
A gamified CBT‑ and ACT‑informed app (launching 2026) that delivers mood check‑ins, micro‑learning, and real‑time referral pathways—co‑designed with Gen Z beta testers and overseen by licensed clinicians.
  • Peer‑led campus outreach
Student ambassadors run on‑campus “SAY!T Stations,” normalising open conversations and modelling help‑seeking behaviour.

Strategic Pilot in Development

We are in active discussion for a pilot with a global leader in mental health, to adapt his problem‑solving therapy model for U.S. high‑school and college campuses. Formal memorandum of understanding expected in June 2025.
